Our company has traditionally generated and mailed tax receipts by hand, but are now looking to switch to email-delivered tax receipts. We recently had to cancel a production due to COVID-19, and have around 1,000 donated ticket acknowledgements in Tessitura. We've been concerned about how difficult it will be to email tax receipts individually in our traditional way; however, I've heard that a new utility is coming out for generating and emailing tax receipts.
A utility like this would be a huge relief for us, but as we're ready to run tax receipts now, I'm curious about when specifically this will be released and how it will work. Is there any new information available regarding this?

Hi Carissa Fedoruk,
The utility for sending cumulative giving receipts is being released in Service Pack 15.1.10, due for release early next week. This utility will not be released for 15.0 so you will need to be on 15.1 in order to take advantage of it, and install the 15.1.10 Service pack.

In earlier forums, you mentioned that the utility would be released for both 15.0 and 15.1. I'm just curious if there is no possibility that it will be released on 15.0 anymore? Our organization uses 15.0, so I just wanted to know for sure.

Apologies, and thanks for bringing it to my attention - this feature is only being released in 15.1, and I've updated the previous post to indicate that. It was an oversight on my part. We will not be releasing this with 15.0, and so an upgrade to 15.1 is required to take advantage of it.
