I'm new to this forum and new to Tessitura. I'm trying to sort out the best practices of how I should be using Prospect Research, specifically the best place for profiles, and the best place for placing contact reports within Tessitura. I haven't seen any guidelines with Tessitura itself on other users have managed Research so am wondering if anyone would be willing to share how they manage the Research process and where they place their contact reports. Thanks!!

Hi Dan! In terms of uploading documents, there is a place to upload those in the Research tab. You can also attach documents to steps in the plans section (which is under the History tab). That's a good way to keep them tied to a specific step that can be used for metrics. A step is also a good place to track information that isn't in a formalized document of some kind, but that you want included somewhere (there's a notes section).You can also do that in the Research tab under "Notes" Does this help?
