Hello All!
We are using PRIORITY on plans to elevate not just our top prospects, but the specific plan we are currently working on. (As you can imagine, for some there are multiple plans and not all are active but are kept, always, for historical reference). I'm having trouble pulling the data easily - I can make a list based on PRIORITY but then when I run the Plan Summary Report or an Output set, I get all the other campaigns associated with each constituent and end up spending a lot of time cleaning out unwanted plans.
Perhaps someone has made a cool custom report based on plan? Willing to share the report or at screenshot or ideas or lessons learned?
