Hello,
I'm curious if anyone out there does e-mailed tax acknowledgements for donations. Our typical practice has been mailing out acknowledgments, but I don't want to see our acknowledgements back up too much while we are working remotely.
I know that Tessitura has e-mailed confirmations out of Ticket Orders, but is that a function that can be set up for Contributions?
What other techniques do people use to stream line this?
Any advice would be helpful,

Hi All, An update regarding this functionality:
Previously I had posted this would be in both 15.1 and 15.0, and that was incorrect. We actually have always planned to only release this in 15.1, and I apologize for the oversight in my posts. I've corrected them to avoid future confusion. This utility will only be released in 15.1, and so in order to take advantage of it you will need to upgrade to the latest service pack in being released early next week, 15.1.10.

This should be in the current version, correct? Is there any documentation where we can read about how this utility works and how we can implement it? I haven't been able to find anything when I search so far, but maybe my terms are wrong.

Yes - If you are on v15.1.10 or later, you can find documentation on the Cumulative Giving Summary Receipt utility in the Tessitura Help System. If you search for that term you will find all of the documentation on the feature. Thanks! Let us know how it goes if you use it.
