Hi everyone,
For an unbeknownst reason to me, whenever I save our Gen Ack Report as an Excel spreadsheet (for a mail merge) the headers a missing.
Could someone please help me by letting me know what the official header names are (in left to right order) and I guess it would just be a matter of copying and pasting this to my spreadsheet every time that I have to send out acknowledgement letters.
Or does somebody know why this is and perhaps I could then change the settings from the backend of Tessitura?
I appreciate all the help I can get!
Thanking you in advance,
Katherine Chien
Hi Katherine
When you Save As, on the window that opens where you choose the file type (in this case Excel), there’s a checkbox that says Include Data Labels. When you check this box this will include the column headings. However, if you do have this box checked and the column headings are still missing then please open a support ticket.
Cheers
Sandra

Thanks Sandra,
Just noticed the checkbox and mine was un-ticked.
Ticked it...and...lo and behold it worked!
Cheers,
Katherine,
When you are in the screen for saving a report as Excel, there is a checkbox that says something like “include header information” or something like that. When you save it and then open the excel file, your column headers should then populate on the sheet. From my experience, once this box is checked, it will remain checked. If you uncheck it at any time, it will remain unchecked. Hope this helps.
