Membership List Manager/Output Set Elements

Does anyone have some List Manager/Output Set elements for Membership Recognition Amount they could share? (I think I've figured out the Output Set element, the List Manager element is giving my poor brain a fit this morning).

Hi Steve,

You should have it in your t_keyword table as keyword # 258
If for some reason that was deleted the info is
Data Type = Number
Edit Mask = Dollar
Detail Tbl = vxs_cust_membership
Detail Col = !.recog_amt
