Hello all,
I'm attempting to pull via list or report or analytics someone's most recent step. The Plan Summary report seems to do this somewhat messily when extracted into an Excel file. Does anyone know any other ways to do that without SQL knowledge?

Take a look at the "Worker Portfolio" dashboard that ships with Analytics (in the Tessitura Dashboards>Plans folder). There's a widget for "Steps Due Soon" and "Steps Completed Recently" that I think would be the right place to start in trying to find someone's most recent step.
