We are seeking a Development Presenter to speak about memberships for What Were We Thinking? – Lessons Learned:
This presentation will explore organizations that have decided to re-think their setup structures, such as Memberships, Campaign, Appeal, Source, Fund, Season, Production Elements, GL code, etc. The presenters will explore what led them to decide to change, how they implemented the changes, and how the changes benefited their business.
We are looking for your experience, wisdom and advice. We have a great panel of speakers already and are hoping to round out the panel with someone who can share development lessons learned.
