Saving Elevated Event Attendee ID#s NOT Constituent Record That Donated ID#s

when I'm trying to save from the Event Listing report to a list or an excel document it looks like I'm only getting the constituent record ID# that initiated the donation and not the individual attendees' ID#s, what am i doing wrong? I thought this used to work but now it isn't
