We're offering a Table level for our Gala for the first time this year, in addition to our regular Sponsorships and Tickets. The idea is that we have Table Captains in charge of recruiting five couples to fill a 10-top table. The table seats could then either be paid for by the Table Captain (or host) OR the five couples would pay for their seats individually. In building my levels, I've decided to add levels for the 10-top Table Host and 10-top Table Guest (for the scenario where the Captain just buys the table outright). What I can't decide is whether or not I should create a new level, in addition to the Ticket level, for the Table Seats (for the scenario where the couples are buying enough seats to fill a 10-top).
Does anyone structure their Gala in a similar way - devels for Sponsorships, Tables, and Tickets - that would be willing to share what setup works or doesn't work so can get the most out of your reporting?
