Hi,
I'm wanting to use the 'Creditees' functionality when processing contributions made up of small amounts from a number of Constituents.
The aspiration is to add a single, 'collated' gift, from say Facebook or other online fundraising platforms and simultaneously credit the individuals who's donations made up that gift.
I can add a contribution with multiple creditees on the 'creditee' tab, but how do I then report on ALL of those individuals for reconciliation purposes? When pulling a Fund Activity report I am only presented with the first creditee listed, none of the subsequent ones.
Has anyone successfully added several creditees to a single contribution and then been able to report on ALL of those crediees for reconciliation or indeed proper donor acknowledgement?

Although, I've not done this, at least not recently. I could imagine doing this with lists and output sets. Either by allowing output sets to create the multiple lines and bringing the results into MS Excel and using Power Query to pivot the results into multiple columns. OR by creating a view that STUFFs the results into a single comma-separated or XML data set in a single field.. (The older versions of SQL server were not particularly good at this process. However, I believe that newer version do this sort of things a bit better.)
