Hey all! I'm curious to see your best strategies of tracking donor benefits in Tessitura?
For example, our annual fund membership levels provide our donors a certain number of complimentary ticket vouchers valid from a year of their membership start date. We currently have built a ticketing bank as a ticketed seating map for these vouchers/passes. The complication comes in tracking these. Especially since these memberships can span seasons, we can't wipe this bank at the conclusion of a season. Do any of you have a benefit like this that is similarly built in Tessitura, and how do you manage it? Without running monthly membership expiration reports, these tickets would sit in this bank in perpetuity! Running those reports is fine, though we were curious if there was a better way to use Tessitura to track a benefit like this!

I know it's not much help to you immediately, but wanted to point out that v16 will include a completely overhauled memberships and a new benefit tracking piece is included.
