Anyone here using entitlements? I'm having a hard time finding information about the function on the website and am looking to figure out just how they work exactly.

We also just started using Entitlements, primarily for our First Fridays program. I did the basic setup and then our box office staff applied the new tag and price types to the relevant performances. Happy to answer any questions you might have!
