Hello from snowy Pittsburgh! I am researching text to give platforms and wanted to check in with the community for suggestions. I have been told that Clickbid is an easy cheaper option while Mobile Cause is sort of the Tesla of TTG platforms currently. I wanted to see if anyone has experience with a TTG platform and what you might recommend for ease of donor use and ease of organizational expense.

We used MobileCause at the American Film Institute for two years and really enjoyed the product. We primarily used MobileCause for their simple, one-page contribution web form for our digital fundraising efforts, but also did a few text-to-give campaigns as well. Their support team was very helpful in day-to-day troubleshooting when questions came up. We recently launched a new, custom website that mitigated the need for the product so we aren't current users. Our donors really liked the interface, very simple and easy to use. Our annual contract with MobileCause was $5k. Let me know if you have any other questions!
