Is there a way to upload plan steps via the back-end, like using a CSV file with the Plan No., Step Type No., Dates and Notes (presumably under a certain character limit?).
I work closely with one of our committees reviewing a large pipeline of prospects (75 names), using an excel for the documentation (no real way around that right now). After the meetings, I use the Plans Maintenance utility to upload the steps, but it takes absolutely ages because I edit the plan step notes text manually for each step before/after loaded (either in the utility or using the step detail report).
It would be fabulous if I could find a way of essentially using the file I keep up-to-date (excel) to update plans after the meeting.

Your DBA should be able to import this as local table and write some code to update them all in bulk since you have the plan and step no's. If that person would like details on how I would do it, shoot me an email.

Thanks, Travis. We currently don't have an appointed DBA but some members of our Technology team have access to the back-end do this. I'll speak to them to see if this is something they can take on (time-wise).
