Looking at the above topic - I can see there previously has been some discussion around loyalty and rewards and the best way to go about it in Tessitura.
i have some questions for anyone out there who might know and be doing this.
Is ranking the best way to track loyalty points? is anyone else doing it a different way?
What’s also the best way to track redemption of point and how in fact are people allowing constituents to redeem their points? online, membership swipe cards? could that be possible - swipe card redemption?
Obviously if you are rewarding constituents via a point system then you are also communicating with them about their current balance? email, mail etc - mail merging in to the required doc with the information you need form output set - is this how people are doing it?
Also - is there any way to bulk load points into Tess??
If there is someone out there who can answer any of my questions (if they make sense :)) would love to hear from you.
