I was wondering if it is possible to change the fund on a donation after a batch has been closed? The fund is grayed out when you open the gift. I come from an org where we used Raiser's Edge and I know it was possible there. I've only been working in Tessitura for a little over a month. If anyone has an answer it would be greatly appreciated!
To change the Fund on a contribution, you need to open a new batch and do an adjustment to the gift. You will need to refund or place the donation on account, and then re-enter the contribution. The Contributions help document has step-by-step instructions.
