No great report ideas (ours are heavily customized), but show them Tess on the Go! Point out that you can use it with a desktop browser if you want!
This was a game-changer for getting senior-level buy-in within my Devo Department. People weren't scared of messing everything up and didn't have to deal with as many security provisions to get in and out.
