Wanted to throw this out here and see what folks find is best practice when it comes to their different Acknowledgement rules and keeping them tidy? There's no inactive checkbox so do you find then deleting is the best or only option? Also, how specific are you with your acknowledgement rules OR are they more generic and not named for a specific fiscal year for example...

I am not aware of an inactive button. I have just had to delete them if I want them to not be available.
As a rule, I always keep at least 2 sets of fiscal year ack letters - I swap the oldest to the newest, and piggy-back on what I have set up. If I feel like I need something for a longer time period, then I'll create a new one completely as to not loose the old one. This also allows me to know what I did the prior year and helps me duplicate for the next year...99% of my acks are the same, unless we are in a special project.
