Does anyone have a good strategy for identifying Plans in the system which lack attached workers?
We end up with dozens in the course of a year as users build out new plans on individual records and just forget to click the "worker" box. Because so much of Plans functionality revolves around Portfolios, these Plans then disappear from a lot of our tracking, which is troublesome.
My moves management person has handled this so far by pulling a comprehensive plan report and then sorting in Excel. We would love to do this in the database (ideally in List Manager) so that it's an easier task. To our surprise, there is no list criteria for a null worker.
Any ideas?

You should be able to find what you are looking for if you go to Campaigns and look at the Plans tab. You can sort alphabetically by worker, so the unassigned plans will hop to the top
