Does anyone have a good strategy for identifying Plans in the system which lack attached workers?
We end up with dozens in the course of a year as users build out new plans on individual records and just forget to click the "worker" box. Because so much of Plans functionality revolves around Portfolios, these Plans then disappear from a lot of our tracking, which is troublesome.
My moves management person has handled this so far by pulling a comprehensive plan report and then sorting in Excel. We would love to do this in the database (ideally in List Manager) so that it's an easier task. To our surprise, there is no list criteria for a null worker.
Any ideas?
There's probably a more elegant way to do this, but general speaking in this kind of situation an easy way to get what you need is to build a list of the people who do have a primary worker, and then in a separate list find people who have plans but do not have the list of plans with primary workers.
