Gift Date

If the reports are not giving you the correct data you are looking for as it pertains to your list of patrons, I have found that output sets work well for this. I select each item (fname, lname, address, city state, zip, contribution amount, contribution date, etc) and put them in the order I desire. I run the list against the output set and see if it actually gives me the data I was expecting. Many of the criteria for the output set are similar to one another, so sometimes I have to tweak the output set until I get what I want. Hope this helps.

Hello eveyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows......

I created a list of patrons who made a gift to a certain fund for a start date and end date. I want to be able to export it into an Excel spreadsheet and see the gift date. Does anyone knows how to do this?

I've used a couple of reports from "Reports & Utilities", one is NEW CONTRIBUTION REPORT and the other one is FUND ACTIVITY REPORT. The first one shows the gift date, but doesn't include ALL the gifts. The second report includes ALL, but shows NO date.

Beeing able to create this report or list would be very helpful since I use this to enter it into the University of Arizona Foundation database.
