I am looking for some advice on reconciling data entry and running financial and membership reports in Tessitura each month.
I am aware of the Fund Activity report, which is an excellent tool. Can sort by most fields so this is pretty good.
I can't seem to run a clean report, though, on current memberships. I would like a clean report that shows any active memberships that have not expired. I have run several cobbled together reports, and do a gift range report, and/or a membership expiration report, but am not entirely happy with the results. We send eblasts out to all current members for pre-show sales, Leadership level donors one day, and regular members a day or two later.
For financial reports, we do appeal comparisons over the past 3 years. I would love to see a report that does this side by side (analytics?) instead of running a Fund activity report for each date range and appeal year. and then cut and paste the info into a report.
Any other suggestions on reporting? What does anyone do for their organization relating to membership and appeal reporting?
