"Good" money vs. "bad"

There is increasing activism related to what donors and corporations we accept money from: Mark Rylance resigned from the Royal Shakespeare Company to protest their acceptance of funding from BP because of their negative impact on climate change. The director of The Serpentine Gallery was forced to resign because of concerns over her husband's investments in defense contracting. An artist withdrew their work from the Design Museum because the organization had rented their space to a defense contractor for a cocktail party. Many artists from the Whitney Biennial and one co-curator have signed a petition to force a board member to withdraw whose company makes tear gas. The Louvre has just taken down the Sackler name from its gallery due to the controversy about the family's role in opioid addiction/deaths. University endowments are being asked to divest of certain objectionable holdings.

We all have gift acceptance policies from way back that give general guidance. Does anyone have new policies that better address this new level of scrutiny that can potentially challenge any gift or donor? Thanks.
