Policy on Board Director Give/Gets

Hi all,

We are refreshing our policy on Board Director Give/Gets (e.g. a donation from a Director is a Give, raising funds from external individuals, institutions is a Get). Does anyone have a policy they wouldn't mind sharing with me? We're currently thinking about:

Individuals vs. Institutions (namely Foundations)
A depreciating soft-credit % over years (e.g. first year = 100%, 2nd year = 50%)
Exclusions to Special Events

I've recently changed our policy to "Give and Help Get" so people don't skip over a personal contribution.
