I was just wondering if any of the Donor Search users have issues with their response time. We emailed a question to our client manager two weeks ago...and still haven't heard anything. This is our 2nd go with DonorSearch and all I can say is I am LESS than impressed with their service. The average turn around for email response is a couple days...with MULTIPLE emails asking for status.
Anyone else having issues and how did you overcome them?
