DonorSearch headaches

Hello everyone,

We are going on 3 months of implementation with them. We dropped them last July. However, we had a new VP of Development that has experience with DonorSearch and wanted to give them a try again. As I had expected, this time is no different with the lack of support they provide. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this level of "service" from DonorSearch. If so, did you drop them and go with a different wealth screener? If you did, who did you go with and what do you think? I'd like to sever our ties with DonorSearch as I don't see their support levels changing at all. Our issue is that DonorSearch isn't recognizing our Active Directory logins with V15. DonorSearch said they would open a support ticket with JCA but as of yet, have not.
