I have created a list with a very simple criteria. Gifts over $5000 (Gift Amount >=5000) given between 01/01/2009 and 12/31/2009. I'm looking for all gifts and pledge payments of that amount or greater RECEIVED during the specified date range, regardless of campaign year or date of the original pledge. I’m finding that pledge payments are not showing up on the list. If the original pledge was made in, say, ’05, but was fulfilled in ’09, I want it on my list. How can I accomplish this?
You are probably using gift date which in not transactional. Transaction date needs to used. If you do not have transaction as criteria it will need to be added.

Hi Martin!
Try using the Pledge Balance Detail report in the Finance Folder. This report does not require pledge date as a parameter, nor campaigns or funds.
Be sure to click the NEXT button as there is a second page of criteria. On this second page, you will be able to enter a Transaction Date range. Use these dates to dertermine the qualifying range for pledge payments.
If you just need a list - you can then go to File in the tool bar and select Save as List.
Hope that gets you what you need!
Nick
Thanks Leslie! I don't have "Transaction date" as a criterea, but i'll get to work on building it in for future lists.
Nick,
That's very helpful, and ought to get me the info I need. For future list-pulls, i'll hopefully have a "transaction date" criterea that I can use.
Thanks again,
Martin
