We are looking for ways to track the progress of our Giving Officers...how many contacts or completed plan steps they are entering, updating and completing on a weekly, monthly basis. Does anyone have any ideas on how we can track this? Ideally, we are looking for something VERY similar to the Step Detail report, but with Completion dates. We would love to be able to schedule something like that to give to the Officer and our supervisor on a steady frequency. Happy to explain further if there are questions.

I think you might be able to do this in analytics. Have you all made the upgrade yet?

We are still on V12, so are using the Step Detail Report. We are for sure hampered by not having a Completed Date in that report criteria. Since Completed data shows up in an excel output, I can at least work with the spreadsheet and pull each officers info out from that but it does require more sorting and managing of that document to get to usable data. Looking forward to hearing how this may work in Analytics as we are planning this update soon. :)
