I'm curious who out there has a canned solution that they particularly enjoy for identifying and analyzing prospects in Tess. To frame this, I'm particularly curious about what you use for current donors or ticketbuyers who may be prospects, ie. people who you already have in Tess. As far as canned reports go, we've been primarily using the "Donor FY Giving Summary" and a couple of custom reports which essentially try to give context to membership movement data over a given year. These reports are great, but too often they leave a bit of individual research to give the proper amount of context.
I'm really curious if anyone out there uses strictly canned reports or output elements to find items like the following:
- past five years of giving history, not a single-line total- next three performances (I know we can find their immediate next performance, but I'm curious who goes farther than that)- most recent performance, including attendance status- seating corresponding to performance history- most recent promotion, with date
I'm probably blanking on other info we're interested in, but in general I'm curious who in the Tess community has a canned solution that they love to find info related to prospect research on their current donor / ticketbuyer pools.
