We switched over to Tessitura over the summer and have been processing all of our donations through TNew. Since TNew requires someone to create and sign into an account have organizations seen a decline in online donations since switching, if you had a system that did not previously require you to? What do you do to combat that? Is it possible to look at abandon rates for donor sessions?
TNEW v6 does support a guest checkout feature which allows a user to check out without having to create an account. We are currently working on integrating Guest Checkout in TNEW v7 and will soon have that in Beta for testing. In addition, based on the feedback from the community, an "Express Checkout" feature was identified as one of the top priorities for the community as a whole, and we have added that feature to our TNEW roadmap. This "express checkout" feature will streamline the checkout process even further in order to be able quickly add a donation and go straight to the payment page (bypassing log in/registration and the cart) in order to facilitate quick donations.
