Hi all,
I am having some issues finding a way to extract a list into excel that will show me multiple addresses. I am trying to mail an invitation to all our Board members and many of them have multiple homes and I would like for the list to show me all of their home addresses.
We just upgraded to v15 and prior to that I had a way to do this using a combination of extraction manager and FileSaver. However, that now does not work for me any more.
Maybe there is a report or a way of doing this that I do not know of, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi Joseph,
Extractions can only export with output sets that have one row per constituent. My first thought is that you can save your extraction to a list, then used the 'Execute an Output Set' report to get the multiple addresses.

Hi Megan,
Thanks for the response. When I use the 'Execute an Output Set' report I am only able to get the constituents' primary mailing address. Maybe I need to use a different Output Set?

p.s. I was in Seattle last week visiting my sister for Thanksgiving, such an incredible city!
Looks like it's not a standard element set. Our former DBA created Address - All elements (individual elements for street 1/2/3, city, st, zip). So it can be done, and I suspect quite easily by a DBA.
Glad you enjoyed your trip to Seattle!
