Associate on Step Detail

I haven't located a way to pull out information from Tessitura based on Associate on Step Detail. I know the plan will show up on the Associate's Plans screen, but I want to be able to report on all the activity an associate is part of. Does anyone know how to do this?

We are still playing with that. I was trained that the intent was that if you put a step on Company X, you would use the Associate as the actual person you met with at the company. Which I see the value in, as we often have a number of different contacts.  However - I very often have more than one staff worker attending a meeting, so I thought about using Associate to track that. The downside to that usage though is the inability to then accurately track in TStats, and eventually Analytics. We were advised by Tess that the best route so that I can ensure each worker gets "credit" for their meeting, is to enter the step representing that meeting for each worker.  To be honest, I'm struggling and not really liking either scenario very much.

Long story short: the Plan will have a Primary worker, and possibly a second. The Step will have the Step Worker be the person driving the meeting - which could be the Primary, or the Secondary on the Plan. Currently the Associate is used mostly on household/organizations to denote the actual person with whom they met.
