We recently started using Prospect2 and typeform for our event invitations. The standard format is to use first name or General salutation for who we address it too.
However, when it comes to households our Philanthropy team want both names included (first name) and for those individuals to have first name and guest. Has anyone come up with a solution for this scenario?
We were going to start experimenting with additional salutations in the Names tab within accounts and seeing if we can pull from the nominated type.
E.g PHL Correspondence 2 - Household gets Jack and Jill
and an - Individual would have Jack and Guest.
Has anyone tried this with typeform/P2? or maybe for other survey platforms?
