Please could you let me know how you manage Plans in relation to financial years?
For example, if you had a prospect in a 2018 Campaign, would you update the plan to a 2019 Campaign, or just wait until the donation (hopefully!) comes in and assign the contribution to the current financial year?
Does anyone avoid using financial years altogether?

We don't use financial years for our prospect plans. Once they have been cultivated or we have received a gift we will close their prospect plan and add a campaign plan with financial year.
