Hi again!
When we converted in 2017, a whole lot of information was put into Research Notes. We have over 30 different note types (we came over from Raiser's Edge). We are implementing a robust research and prospect management program, and know this is an area that needs attention. If anyone is willing to share the values they use in Research Notes and definitions of what goes into those types, I would appreciate it. I did attend a great Open Space conversation about this topic in Orlando, but there were only a couple of us so I'm curious to learn from some others as well.
