Hi folks! Wondering if someone could send me a sample of a Solicitor Activity Report (I think that's the name of what I'm looking for). I'm in a bit of a pinch, I thought our system was set up with this report but I'm not finding it, and I need to provide something that my department head can share with our External Affairs committee tomorrow (I'll be out of town). If anyone can help I'll be infinitely grateful and owe you a solid!

I'm not clear what report you are looking for.
Tessitura Plans were once called solicitations. But these have been replaced with Plans. Plans are about the fundraising asks we are working on.
If that sounds about right, I'm wondering if you are looking for one of the two Plan Reports.

Hi Tom, thanks so much. I'm familiar with both of those and I think the Step Detail may work for my immediate need, but when I was at TLCC I was talking with someone about this and they mentioned a Solicitor Activity Report. Basically what we want to do is start inputting our Board members' fundraising activity (meetings, calls, emails, etc.) and then report on it to our External Affairs committee (which oversees Board fundraising). I'm hoping to find a way to do this thru Tessitura rather than create an Excel spreadsheet.
