Daily Attendance Report?

Hello everyone,

I would like to schedule a report to be emailed to me every morning of who attended our theater the prior day only. We have one that was created in List Manager and that is linked to a Generate a List report. It gives me anyone who attended since we launched on August 1. I just want to see who came the day before only and what they attended. Is this possible?

    Hi Denyse - your best bet might be a scheduled version of the Attendance by Performance report. You could set the Performance Start and End date parameters to be a relative date value (either DayRunDate if scheduling before midnight or DayRunDate -1 if scheduled for after midnight) and it will look for performances in that 24-hour span and send you a list of attending constituents if Show Constituent Detail is set to Yes. Hope that does the trick!
