We just went live a few months ago. We weren't supposed to have the future to current feature turned out. We're now needing to undo these. Any ideas on how to do this? The only documentation I could find was applying future to current not undoing it.

My initial response is that I would open a TASK support ticket with the Tessitura Network.
On the left side of this page of the Tessitura website you will either see that you can open the TASK ticket. Or the person in you organization who can initiate the contact. When they open the support contact they can add your email address to keep you up to date.
