Hi,
I'm wondering if any other organizations are using DipJar, or have other solutions for easy/self-service giving options. What works/doesn't work? Likes/Dislikes?
Thanks for your feedback,

Hoping to revive this topic to see if there are any updates on the integration of this product or similar products in the last 4 years.
Thanks

Hi Geoff, I just got off a call with DipJar. They do not offer Tess integrations. They are working on developing something with Blackbaud. It doesn't seem like there is a great way to capture donor data. Even with their virtual giving option, the data capture is voluntary.
We did a QR Code that goes to a TNEW one-page giving page. No need for the guest to create a login, so relatively quick & easy.
Mark, Can you elaborate? We are exploring a curtain speech ask for new donors during our holiday performances using a patron's ticket with their constituent number. A patron can choose to make a one time holiday gift of $20 by dropping the ticket in a bucket with a staff member. Would also post a QR code at the exits as patrons leave.
Are you familiar with the TNEW One-page Giving page - here is the link:
https://www.tessituranetwork.com/TNEW_7/TNEW.htm#Topics/Pages/Giving.htm
As you setup the page, you can direct the One-Page Giving Page to a specific fund in the setup in LTR_TNEW_CONTRIB_TYPE:
Our Marketing team has the ability to create a QR Code from any URL. When the Guest scans the QR Code, it takes them to the embedded URL, which is the one-page giving link.
The regular TNEW Contribution Page and the One-Page Giving Page operate very similarly, but with One-Page Giving, the user does not need to create a login and it makes the process much faster. There is some initial setup that needs to be done for One-Page Giving, but it is not too difficult. Not sure your role, but if you or someone on your team are already creating traditional TNEW Giving Pages, you should be able to morph it relatively easily.
Hope this helps some!
We use DipJar in person only. No Tess integration - we manually enter based on DJs reports or we do an import using the Tess template. We do not use DJs online function for giving. We have Donate2 for our online option. However, I am going to look into the TNEW One-Page Giving Page as a potential option.
