Hi there,
We are about to do a significant donor survey. I'm wondering how other orgs record survey data into Tessitura? Currently we cut and paste all answers (from survey monkey) into a CSI, does anyone else have other methods that are working well?
Thanks!
Brooke
Interesting...I am thinking of doing a survey within the next year, so will follow this thread. We use Artifacts for surveying performances I think, but I'm personally more familiar with Survey Monkey.
Sydney Opera House has now gone live with a Voice of the Customer survey built using Survey Gizmo.
Customers are invited to take the survey via a post-performance (next day) automated email that includes a personalised survey link which potentially links their survey responses to their constituent ID and the Tessitura ID of the performance they attended (i.e., perf_no). the survey link we send people looks a bit like this:
www.surveygizmo.com/.../my-survey?customer_no=64858421&perf_no=12859
Survey Gizmo includes the personalised (customer_no, perf_no) information built in to the survey link in the response data.
Each night we suck all new survey responses through using an API that Survey Gizmo provides and that our Technology team helped us develop and into a Staging database for analyses and linking back to the customer and the performance they attended.
this means we can analyse survey responses using additional constituent information (where they are from, past purchasing patterns, RFM etc.) as well as linking specific feedback to performances themselves.
It's proving very useful.
Now the data is in our own database we are looking at converting them automatically to CSIs but currently this need is being serviced by Word Merge documents built on the the same data we import and emailed to the appropriate teams.
