We are using the Solicitation Module to track individual prospects, and now we would like to add Corporate and Foundation Prospects to the mix.
Is anyone out there currently tracking Institutional Prospects - and if so how are you doing this in Tessitura?
Thanks!
Lise
Our set up at The Australian Ballet also has distinct Status and Types, but we also have separate Campaigns and Designations set up to track interactions with Corporates, Foundations and Government agencies. This is as much to do with our internal structure and reporting requirements as anything. To add something else into the mix, our Media Relations department also use Solicitations to track all media campaigns, again under their own Campaigns and Designations. We give the Solicitations module a good workout!
Cheers
