Hey guys,
We have a pretty basic list: Constituency in Planned Giving Donor. Most of our donors show up aside from 3 who have passed. I checked their record and it looks like this constituency was inactivated. I reactivated this constituency. I also added an Inactive Flag to pull Active and Inactive donors. These three people are still not showing.
Have any of you experienced this issue? If so, how did you resolve this?
