Need some advice: Attaching a Gift aid Declaration form to a Constituent CRM?

Hello! A Tessitura newbie here...

I'm trying to make our filing system more organised. I would like to attach every Gift Aid form we have to the constituent record it belongs to, but I can't figure out how to do this!

What do you do with your Gift Aid forms that you receive by mail? 

Any help would be very much appreciated!
