TNEW, contribute.aspx and seat dedications

Is anyone using TNEW and the Contribute.aspx page to sell seat dedications? $1000 to put your name on a brass plate on a seat...etc.

I believe with the variety of custom data fields available in LTR_TNEW_CUSTOM_FORM_DATA

I should be able to accomplish this...but was looking for lessons learned or examples of what others

may have done.

    Hi Jim, 

    The ballet uses a variety questions and support options on our contribute page. I think the closest to what you are looking for is our "how would you like to be listed in publication line", which is associated with most of our drop down options.  I am probably going to give you more information than you need and most you already know but, here is a rough outline of what we do.

    Then in LTR_CUSTOM_FORM_SAVE_DATA a "Intended Use of "dedicate a seat", choose your CSI information, etc. 

    Then finally in LTR_TNEW_CUSTOM_FORM_DATA we simply use for "how would you like to be listed in publication" a text box field type and the associated values Field Name, Field Label, Additional Title, Additional Text, & Tooltip Text. Its pretty simple and straight forward they way we do it. You can poke around if you would like https://cart.bostonballet.org/dev/contribute.aspx and ask any questions if you need.
