SD & A Telefund Service

Hi Everyone,

I'm investigating using SD & A for a spring Telefund campaign.  Does anyone have any experience working with them?  I would love to hear any positive or negative feedback.

    Meridith,

    We contracted SD&A for a couple of seasons, then went back in-house.  I'd rather not discuss the details in a chat forum, but happy to talk on the phone (206.676.5532).

    One thing that was tricky was interfacing their gift processing data into Tessitura.  They had their own system for logging gifts & credit cards, which we then imported via some custom utility that was...delicate.
