Hey guys,
We're newly converted from Raiser's Edge and our pledges from that system have transferred over to the Outright fund. Would anyone have any advice on how to switch the funds for these pledges to an actual Pledge fund? We're trying to avoid having to write off the pledges and recreate them.

I believe that you'll probably need to open a new batch and take the pledges "out" of the database/off of the Outright fund and then re-enter into the desired fund, which will be fairly manual, unfortunately; unless you can work with your implementation/data conversion team and see if they can change how the data got brought in.
Side note: when you mention "an actual Pledge fund," I'm curious if you have a Fund that is specific to pledges, which I'm not familiar with having in place from a structural perspective.

We do have separate Funds for our Annual Fund and Education pledges. Our Endowment and Capital Campaigns just have the one fund. So your org keeps it all together?
Ah, I was misunderstanding on the Funds part of the question; we do have the same type of Fund structure that you all do.
