I am currently having a problem with the Patron Activity Report. We are having a party and tracking the RSVP's throught the History: Activities tab. The date is correct in all constituent records, the activity type is correct and status is correct. However, when I run the report, names that I have recently added do not appear.
The event was created using the Update Activity report on two seperate occasions. The names that do not appear were added the second time.
Any thoughts on why the names do not appear? Thanks in Advance

Hi Kevin,
Just wondering which 'Mode' did you use the second time round in the Update Activity Report? Was it 'insert' or 'update'? Try using 'update' along with your second list so that the people who were added first don't get a second line written into their activity table for the same event. Also, if you use the 'update' mode, the people on your second list should then be included in your reports.
