Our company was looking into possibly using the Social Tables software for seating for our events. Has anyone successfully integrated Social Tables into Tessitura? Also, how easy is it to get the seating lists generated through Social Tables back into Tessitura?

What information are you trying to get back into Tessitura? If it's only attendance information, that isn't difficult to get back in. If it's other information that would be entered in the event record, that's a little trickier. I haven't done any integration with Social Tables, but I did use it at other organizations and we imported attendance back into Tessitura.

Did you have any troubles you ran into using it for your events? We are contemplating incorporating it, and would appreciate other organizations feedback.

We used Social Tables back in 2013-14, and it was a little clunky at the time, but was so much better than using paper lists for check-ins. We used it at SFB for the annual gala and the only real issues we had was making sure we had a good wireless connection for the tablets. I'm happy to give you contact information for a staff member there to see how they're currently using it!
