I've made a template that presents all the fields output by the Print Acknowledgement Letters report, in a fairly organized manner with numbers and dates available in the formats our fundraisers have requested. We've found it very useful for cutting and pasting into documents that merge from the Print Acknowledgement Letters report, so I thought I'd share by attaching to this post.
There's one item about creditee information that I'm not absolutely certain is universal. I found that our output doesn't jive with what the documentation says re creditee v. creditor. I'd appreciate if anyone has some feedback to offer on that point, and if it's wrong for everyone, maybe we could get that Tessitura documentation updated.
Thanks to the webmaster for responding to my request for the abiltiy to attach to forum posts: it's available under "Options", right between "Compose" and "Preview."

I couldn't say in my post because I wasn't sure how this would look. The template is called AllAvailable.doc and it's available by a right click in the header of this posting.
